Job Summary:

Supermicro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking a Sr. Sales Manager responsible for successfully expanding Supermicro's customer base in targeted areas. Sr. Sales Manager will also be responsible for maintaining the quality, efficiency, and integrity of Supermicro's sales process through various means of marketing activities and working with cross functional teams - including Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies with system integrators, VARs, and OEMs to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders across the UK channel.
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize new partnership opportunities, maintaining a dynamic and robust sales pipeline.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with a solutions-focused approach, collaborating with technical teams as needed.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements to achieve profitable, long-term partnerships.
  • Deliver regular, data-driven business updates and forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in complex IT solutions sales (preferably server, storage, cloud, or enterprise IT solutions).
  • Strong, existing network among UK non-direct channel partners.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing business strategies and executing them independently.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and opportunity creation.
  • Experience engaging in both pre-sales and post-sales activities with partners.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
