Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Hands-on experience in sourcing and purchasing connector components for server MBD, backplanes, and add-on cards.

2. Plan and execute purchase orders to ensure on-time fulfillment.

3. Monitor and optimize inventory levels, including management of slow-moving stock.

4. Drive cost-reduction initiatives and negotiate with suppliers for favorable cost.

5. Analyze demand forecasts and align inventory planning accordingly.

6. Build and maintain effective supplier relationships to support continuity and commercial terms.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve order execution and inventory processes.

8. Resolve order, inventory, and delivery-related issues in a timely manner. 

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing computer-related components.
2. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, or a related field preferred.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Effective time management and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage tight timelines and shift priorities.
