Job Summary:

We are looking for a MuleSoft Developer with about 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering reliable integration solutions in complex enterprise environments. You will build and support integrations between Salesforce and other systems, and help administer the Anypoint Platform day to day.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain MuleSoft integrations that connect Salesforce and other enterprise systems (ERP, databases, internal apps).
• Develop and update Mule 4 applications and APIs using API-led connectivity (System, Process, and Experience APIs).
• Write and maintain DataWeave transformations for reliable data mapping between systems.
• Configure and support common integration patterns: REST/SOAP APIs, scheduled jobs, and near real-time sync.
• Administer day-to-day Anypoint Platform tasks: deploy apps, manage environments, apply API policies, and monitor runtime health.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, fix defects, and improve error handling and logging.
• Partner with Salesforce and business teams to clarify requirements and deliver workable integration solutions.
• Follow coding standards, write clear documentation, and participate in code reviews.
• Support CI/CD and release activities for MuleSoft applications (Git-based workflows, automated tests where applicable).
• Help maintain security best practices (credentials, certificates, OAuth, and access controls) across integrations.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a seasoned expert with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact MuleSoft integration solutions.

Required Expertise

• 5+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development and Anypoint Platform administration experience in large, complex organizations.
• Proficiency in Mule 4, DataWeave, API-led connectivity, and Anypoint Platform (Design Center, Exchange, API Manager, Runtime Manager).
• Experience integrating Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Field Service) with ERPs and other enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of MuleSoft architecture, including deployment models (CloudHub / Runtime Fabric), security (policies, OAuth, certificates), error handling, and performance/scalability considerations.
• Experience with system integration using REST, SOAP, event-driven patterns, and enterprise middleware (MuleSoft required).

Highly Desired

• MuleSoft Certifications: MuleSoft Developer I / II.
• Salesforce integrations: Proven experience designing and supporting Salesforce-to-ERP / Salesforce-to-enterprise integrations using MuleSoft (REST/SOAP, bulk/near real-time sync, error handling, and monitoring).
• DevOps Acumen: Familiarity with modern development tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Salary Range

$130,000 - $150,000 

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
